Free delivery on every order

We deliver anywhere in South Africa, and delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

How we deliver

Every order is checked and packed personally by GatePack™, then shipped with Aramex store-to-door to the delivery address you give at checkout.

Delivery times

Your order is delivered within 8–11 business days of your order date. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. In busy periods such as Black Friday and December, we show an order-by date on our website for delivery before Christmas.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you your Aramex tracking number so you can follow your parcel to your door.

Delivery address

Please check your address and phone number at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or after repeated failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply in that case.

Risk in transit

We are responsible for your order until it is delivered to you. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will replace it or refund you, as explained in our Refund Policy.

Delays

Courier delays caused by weather, strikes, high volumes or other events outside our control can happen. If your order has not arrived within 11 business days, contact us on WhatsApp (+27 67 664 3740) or email (shopgatepack@gmail.com) and we will follow it up with Aramex.
